VitalMap is a downloadable desktop software application sold as a one-time lifetime license. Because the software is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If VitalMap does not work on your system as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, we will issue a full refund.

Eligible reasons for a refund request:

• Software fails to install or launch on a supported operating system.
• Core feature (heatmap generation) is non-functional and cannot be resolved.
• Duplicate purchase charged in error.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchasing and downloading the software.
• Failure to read product requirements before purchase.
• Issues caused by third-party API keys (e.g., DataForSEO account suspension).
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
